I recently bought a vintage promotional Courvoisier Brandy ashtray in France shaped like Napoleon's iconic bicorne hat.

As a result I have become obsessed with drawing hats. Inevitably, as you can see they end up modelled by Bull Terriers.

How rude......

Some years ago whilst strolling at the French seaside with my bull terrier, I was approached by an elderly monsieur who exclaimed at my "chien bizarre". Not content with that, he went on to say that my handsome dog had, "les oreilles de lapin" -  rabbit ears........  I think my poor Jack was a little hurt!
