Just waiting for the varnish.......

Three little dogs waiting for the finishing touches. They add a somewhat unnerving presence in my kitchen. I feel strangely under scrutiny despite the fact that they are made of chicken wire and paper..........

The Last of the Line....

Unless I go and buy a new roll of chicken wire! The original roll of wire has now run out having been transformed into I think about 60 bull terriers....... not time wasted then!
Anyway, here's a lovely family group enjoying the late October sun.

Just drying off.......

So cold here there is nothing else for it!

Production Line....

Here they come! The new run of papier maché bullies is on its way.
Strangely, they seem to develop a life of their own before they are even finished and interact well with each other as you can see.
Just the detailing to finish plus the all important sartorial decisions about collars or scarves......

Coming Soon......

Just sitting on the boiler and drying off! Just a few more coats and we're ready for off....

My flagship bullie!

I have loved making this! Now that he's done, we exchange glances now and then in a most companionable way........

Fancy footwork at the Terriers' Club!

The Terriers' Club now has its own website - Bull Terrier Prints, which has given me the chance to do the fancy footwork above!  See more at: http://www.bullterrierprints.com
